Dear Paul and Prestige Staging,

I wanted to write you this email because I cannot be more thankful for the phenomenal job you did in helping me sell my
house at 6101 w Patterson in Portage park.  Before I listed my house I tossed the idea of staging it but after
calling 4 different places i thought it wasn't worth the money and I could sell it on my own. 

After going on the market and not getting a single showing in about 2 weeks i decided to give you a call back because 
you were the most reasonable out of the different companies that i had called and most customer friendly I might add.  But most importantly 
answered all my silly questions and concerns and made me feel real comfortable.  When you came out to stage the house i was taken 
back by how you and Paul took your time and i sensed a passion in the work you did instead of rushing and trying to get things done quickly.

After looking back on the experience I realized this was the best choice I could have made!!  The phone calls and showings
began to come in immediately. It was like magic!!  Most importantly we received multiple offers of full asking price and were under contract
within two weeks of when you came out.  Me and my family cannot thank you enough for the great job you guys did  and I know for a fact 
we could not have done this without your help.
